Expansion into the Russian Market

Government-Enterprise Cooperation
On June 1, 2023, Worlink officially signed a cooperation agreement with the governments of Alashankou, Khorgos, and Kashgar. As part of this agreement, Worlink has registered the company "Xinjiang Century Starlink Automotive Import and Export Co., Ltd."
The government of Alashankou has provided a total area of 28,900 square meters, which will be handed over to Xinjiang Century Starlink Automotive Import and Export Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of Worlink International Trade Co., Ltd., for its use.
Starting in 2024, WORLINK will strategically expand its presence in the Russian market. By establishing a registered company in Russia, WORLINK will operate both self-managed and cooperative ventures. The company plans to open three self-operated sales and service outlets in Moscow, Saint Petersburg, Kazan, and Vladivostok, along with multiple cooperative channels. This initiative aims to achieve comprehensive market coverage across Russia.
