The new Jetour Shanhai L9 will be launched on April 15 with 5/6 seats
In terms of appearance, the extended versions of the two cars are consistent with the current models in terms of styling, and are still the familiar retro hard-core styling style. The main changes are in the side and rear of the car. The increase in size has increased the length of the entire car by 249mm, and it also has a "large trunk" on its back. More smooth lines have been added to the design, and the transition is natural and does not look abrupt.

In terms of body size, we take the Shanhai T2 extended version as an example, its length/width/height are 5034×2006×1880mm, and the wheelbase is still 2800mm, which is similar to the Defender 110 and 130. In fact, some outdoor players have a high demand for large space and stronger loading capacity, and the concept of "moving off-road" meets their needs, which is also the main opportunity for the launch of Jetour Traveler and Shanhai T2 extended version.
There is no change in the interior. As a model focusing on light off-road, it has multiple armrests on the doors, auxiliary instrument panel, A-pillars and roof, which is more friendly to passengers in off-road scenes. In the car computer part, it is equipped with Qualcomm 8155 chip and supports mainstream mobile phone interconnection such as HUAWEI HiCar and CarPlay. In terms of seat layout, it adopts a 2+3+2 7-seat layout, and the third row has air-conditioning vents to take care of the comfort of each row of passengers. In addition, after the rear two rows of seats are laid flat, its maximum volume can reach 1653L.

The power part is very familiar. The Jetour Traveler extended version is equipped with a 2.0T engine with a maximum power of 254 horsepower and a peak torque of 390 Nm. The transmission system is matched with a seven-speed wet dual-clutch gearbox, and the four-wheel drive is equipped with a timely four-wheel drive system; the Shanhai T2 is equipped with Chery's Kunpeng Super Hybrid, which uses a combination of 1.5T engine + 3-speed DHT gearbox + dual/triple motors. The maximum power of the 1.5T engine is 156 horsepower and the peak torque is 220 Nm. The entry-level model is equipped with a front dual motor with a total power of 165 kilowatts; the mid-to-high-end models also add a P4 motor on the rear axle, which forms an XWD electric four-wheel drive system, matched with an electronically controlled tooth-type differential lock, the total power of the three motors is 340 kilowatts, and the total torque reaches 700 Nm.
